July the Fourth.
Picnics and
Parties and
Ice Cream and
Parades and
Walks with a girl friend and
Balloons and
Play and
Fun.

Not this year;
I worked again
Like always.

July the Fourth:
Independence Day
Celebrations.
Oh, well.
My forefathers had to
Work for their independence;
I suppose
I can put in
Eight hours
For mine.
